The best way to get a feel for the club is to come along to a session.
You can join us for a couple of free trial runs before deciding to become a member.
We’ll introduce you to a run leader and a group before you set off. You won’t be left on your own.
New to running?
Our Couch to 5K programme may be a better place to begin.
